It’s time for another preseason game! I don’t write songs or film videos specifically for the preseason, but like last week the Vikings are playing a team that they played against last year, so I’m going to share last year’s video with you again.
Last season the Vikings played the 49ers in Week 3 of the regular season. It was the home opener, and many of you remember I’m sure that it was the game made famous by Brett Favre’s game winning touchdown to Greg Lewis at the end of the game.

This video is over a year old, was meant for last season, and I’m fairly sure it has already been posted to the Viking Ship before, but based on the events of yesterday and the upcoming events of this afternoon, it seems fitting.

Hey Vikings Fans! It’s almost football season, which means it’s almost time for our weekly music videos again! I know a lot of you enjoyed them last year… and I’m glad. I would’ve felt like I wasted a TON of time if nobody was ever interested in them.
The Vikings first preseason game is this Saturday evening. I did not write songs for the preseason games, because frankly it’s hard to care too much if the Vikings win or lose in the preseason. But, the Vikings first 3 opponents of the preseason are teams we played against last year, so I thought maybe I could post “reruns” so-to-speak of the videos from last year’s games. Obviously the situations won’t be exactly the same, and if I mentioned any players, some of them might not be on their respective teams anymore, but consider this a warm up for when the new music starts coming out, anyway.
Saturday the Vikings play the Rams in St. Louis. Last year Minnesota went to St. Louis in Week 5, so here is my replay of 2009’s Week 5 Music Video.

Well, since this has become the place for Minnesota Vikings music videos, I should probably post this… here’s a link to a video for the song that Prince wrote for the Vikings.
