The Vikings traded the veteran quarterback and running back Darius Reynaud to the New York Giants on Friday evening for an undisclosed draft choice in the 2011 NFL Draft and a conditional draft choice in the 2012 NFL Draft. The Vikings announced the trade on their website.

I can’t say it’s really a surprise to me, but Sage Rosenfels and Darius Reynaud have been traded to the New York Giants.
I was pretty confident that Sage wasn’t going to be a Viking once the season started. Reynaud probably was hurt by his move to running back, but I thought he’d be able to hang on to the Punt returner job.
I’m not quite sure who they’re going to have doing that this year.
