Well, I haven’t written a game recap yet, and really the reason why is simply that the fourth preseason game didn’t mean much.
The Vikings did lose for the only time this preseason, but since none of the starters played, it’s hard to read too much into that.

The big important thing about the fourth preseason game is trying to figure out who will get cut, but since the list came out the very next day because of the weird way the schedule lined up, there wasn’t even a long time to speculate about things like that.
So instead I’ll leave you with this: Darius Reynaud is good at returning punts. In fact, with him returning punts and Harvin returning kicks, I think the Vikings return game took several steps forward this year. Okay, well, last year Berrian was pretty good at returning punts, but we didn’t find that out until late in the year, and I’d personally rather have Berrian at full energy for first downs anyway, so having Reynaud in there is perfect.
Here you see Reynaud’s 81 yard punt return for a TD. He breaks some tackles, he makes some nice moves, and he has decent speed. Those are pretty much all the tools you want in a punt returner.
